Only what the purchase needs.

Effective date: August 15, 2026. This notice covers pmindustries.software and direct purchases from the site.

Website visits

The Dell web server may keep ordinary security logs such as time, requested page, browser information, and network address. These records are used to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the site.

PayPal checkout

PayPal processes the payment. PM Industries does not receive or store the buyer's card or bank-account number. After a verified payment, the site stores the PayPal order and capture identifiers, purchased product, amount, payment status, payer name or email when PayPal supplies it, fulfillment token, and support history.

Downloads and licensing

The site records download-credit use needed to fulfill the order, prevent public sharing, recover a purchase, and provide support. Private access and time-limited file links should not be shared.

First-party traffic counts

The Dell server records page paths, time buckets, and a one-way visitor estimate so PM Industries can see basic traffic and purchase totals. The estimate is created from connection information with a private server salt; raw IP addresses and full browser identifiers are not stored in the traffic table. PM Industries does not use a third-party advertising or analytics service.

Project records

Pro is designed to keep working project records on the buyer's devices. PM Industries does not receive those records unless the buyer deliberately sends specific material to Support. Do not send confidential records unless Support asks for a specific sanitized example.

Sharing and retention

Purchase data is shared with PayPal as needed to process and verify payment. Information may also be retained or disclosed when required for accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or protection of the service. PM Industries does not sell customer information.
