Purchase and license terms

Plain-language terms.

Effective date: August 15, 2026. These terms apply to purchases made directly through pmindustries.software.

One-time purchase

Lite and Pro are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. A purchase covers the product and version identified at checkout. Fixes and maintenance updates may be provided when available; a future major product may be sold separately.

Lite license

Lite gives the buyer a non-exclusive license to use the downloaded clean PDF for the buyer's own personal or business reporting. The buyer may create and share completed reports but may not resell, redistribute, publish, or offer the blank form as a competing template.

Lite-to-Pro upgrade

A verified Lite buyer may pay the $19 difference to upgrade to Pro using the same PayPal buyer account. A completed upgrade includes three Pro installer download credits. Each verified Lite purchase may receive the discounted upgrade once.

Pro license and download allowance

Pro gives the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license with three installer download credits. Each credit may be used for either the Windows or Android application in any combination. Private access and installers may not be forwarded, shared, resold, reverse engineered where prohibited by law, or made publicly available. Replacement-device recovery after all credits are used is handled through Support.

Your data and backups

Pro is local-first. The buyer is responsible for keeping secure backups of project files and exports. PM Industries is not responsible for data loss caused by device loss, storage failure, deletion, malware, or use outside the documented workflow.

Refunds

Duplicate charges will be refunded. If a download is unavailable or the software cannot start on a device that meets the published requirements, contact Support. If PM Industries cannot provide a working download or resolve the verified startup problem within seven days, the purchase will be refunded. Other downloaded digital purchases are final to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.

Acceptable use

The buyer is responsible for checking report accuracy and for deciding whether a report meets any employer, client, contract, legal, or regulatory requirement. The products are documentation tools; they do not provide legal, engineering, safety, or professional certification.

Contact pmendezwork@gmail.com and include the PayPal order number, product, device type, and a description of the problem. Do not email passwords, payment-card details, private authentication codes, or confidential project records.
