Keep your order number.

For purchase, download, or device-recovery help, email pmendezwork@gmail.com. Include your PayPal order number, but never send a password, one-time code, card number, or bank information.

Get your real download files

After PayPal confirms payment, PM Industries opens a private order page. Pro includes three download credits that may be used for Windows or Android in any combination. Download one immediately and email access for the rest, or email access to all three. The installers are separate files—not a zip. If private access has expired, contact Support with your PayPal order number so the purchase can be verified and access reissued.

Installers are available only through a verified order page. PM Industries will not email an installer attachment or ask you to download one from a file-sharing site.

Install Pro on Windows

1. On your verified order page, select Download Windows Pro (.exe).
2. Open your Downloads folder and double-click Evidence-Based-Reporting-Pro-Windows-1.0.0.exe.
3. The independent Windows installer is not yet code-signed, so SmartScreen may appear. Confirm the exact filename and SHA-256 value shown on your private order page, select More info, then select Run anyway.
4. Finish the installer and open Evidence Based Reporting Pro from the Start menu or its desktop shortcut.

Install Pro on Android

1. On your verified order page, select Download Android Pro (.apk).
2. Open the APK from your browser's Downloads list or the Files app.
3. If Android blocks the install, follow its prompt to allow Install unknown apps for only that browser or Files app.
4. Select Install, then open Evidence Based Reporting Pro.
5. Turn Install unknown apps back off after installation.

Before installing Pro

• Keep a copy of every downloaded installer in a secure backup location.
• Verify the SHA-256 values shown on the private order page before installing.
• Install only files downloaded from pmindustries.software through your verified order page.
• Back up existing project records before upgrading or moving devices.

Three flexible downloads

Each Windows or Android installer selection uses one credit. You may choose three Windows installers, three Android installers, or any mixture. A failed transfer may be retried from the same private download window for two hours without consuming another credit. If a device is replaced after all credits are used, contact Support with the original order number.

Local Wi-Fi transfer

Use transfer only on a trusted local Wi-Fi network. Start each transfer manually and confirm it on both devices. Local transfer is not a substitute for backups.

Lite PDF help

Use the free watermarked Trial first to confirm that your PDF application supports the fields. Save a new copy for each daily report and keep the original clean file as your master.

Report a problem

Include the product and version, Windows or Android version, what you expected, what happened, and any exact error message. Sanitize screenshots before sending them.
